Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities for highway/road works.
• Operate and manage Auto Level instruments for leveling, measurements, and alignment checks.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor labor, subcontractors, and machinery usage for efficient productivity.
• Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, and measurement sheets.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies at the site.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients for smooth execution.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and ensure corrective measures.
• Verify material usage, quality checks, and timely requisition of construction materials.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in road/highway construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Auto Level handling and survey techniques.
• Ability to supervise teams, laborers, and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at Mahala, Jaipur project site.
