Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Islamabad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, supervising site workers, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during installation.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and managing site operations and personnel
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes
• Ability to coordinate with project managers and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures on site
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• DAE in Electrical, electronics, or civil
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
