Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing on-site activities
• Coordinating with project teams
• Ensuring safety and quality standards
• Achieving production targets within deadlines
• Supervising the execution of specialized geotechnical solutions
Qualifications and Requirements
• Technical certificate or higher in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising ground engineering sites
• Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical products and solutions
• Leadership skills and Plant and Equipment knowledge
• Knowledge of testing setup and execution (ZLT/PLT/CPT)
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach
• Ability to understand drawings and communicate work plan to team
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
