Site Supervisor

Pendulum Decor is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Interior and Fit-out) to oversee the on-site execution of interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with subcontractors, engage with clients, and liaise closely with the project manager to ensure timely and quality delivery of all site works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
• Liaise daily with the Project Manager regarding project status, issues, and progress.
• Ensure that all works are executed in compliance with design, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and work schedules to avoid delays or reworks.
• Prepare site progress reports and communicate any issues or deviations from the plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision within the interior design and fit-out industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, methods, and processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge in primavera is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
