Site Supervisor

We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as Site Supervisors with experience in Waterproofing and Tremix flooring work. This job requires you to work 7 days a week and have contacts to bring skilled labour to site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the work of the labour force to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required standard.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, and report progress to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, and identify and report any safety hazards.
• Review project plans and specifications, and provide input to the Project Manager regarding potential issues or concerns.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work is being performed correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to ensure that work can continue without delays.
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, construction team, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the satisfaction of all parties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
