Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading the ground-up launch of Melbrew's new cafe locations across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the full construction and civil works at each new branch site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to Melbrew's layout specifications.
• Oversee interior fit-out including furniture, fixtures, lighting, flooring, and signage installation in line with Melbrew's brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other trades on-site — managing schedules, resolving on-ground issues, and keeping work moving without delays.
• Inspect all completed work at each stage, flagging defects or deviations from approved drawings before sign-off and handover.
• Maintain daily site logs and submit progress reports to management, tracking timelines, material usage, and any risks or blockers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in site supervision, construction management, or fit-out project execution - preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&B.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills; comfortable holding trades accountable on-site.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be present full-time at active project sites across Pakistan.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

• Field-based role covering multiple stores, if applicable.
• Flexible working hours and on-call availability for emergencies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
