Site Supervisor (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of fit out works.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements to guide subcontractors and skilled workers.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers on-site.
• Ensure all interior works such as partitioning, ceilings, joinery, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishes are executed as per approved drawings and standards.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Design teams to clarify plans and resolve on-site challenges.
• Schedule material deliveries and ensure timely availability of resources on-site.
• Participate in site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Report daily site progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Quality & Compliance

• Enforce quality control procedures and ensure all workmanship is in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Inspect materials and work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality expectations.
• Highlight and rectify any non-conformities in construction or finishing work. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct toolbox talks and briefings with site personnel to promote safety awareness. Monitor the proper use of PPE and safety equipment. Team & Labor Management.
• Manage and supervise site labor force including carpenters, painters, electricians, and other trades.
• Maintain discipline and resolve site-related personnel issues.
• Assess productivity and ensure high efficiency from all teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• projects (residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality : 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License of Dubai (Preferred)
