Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee and manage on-site activities. The candidate should have a minimum of 5–6 years of experience in building construction and be capable of handling day-to-day site operations effectively. Experience in managing residential and commercial building projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure smooth progress of work.

· Monitor labor work, subcontractors, and material usage on site.

· Ensure that construction is carried out according to drawings and specifications.

· Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and progress records.

· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management for timely completion.

· Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all stages of construction.

· Assist in planning and execution of project schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction.

· Experience in residential and commercial projects.

· Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site management practices.

· Good communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
