Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil) to join our dynamic team for ongoing infrastructure and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and assisting in daily progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil works at site as per drawings and specifications.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain daily site logs, material usage, and progress reports.
• Assist in quantity verification and preparation of site records.
• Report site issues promptly to the Project Engineer/Manager.

Requirements:

• DAE (Civil) from a recognized institute.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of drawings and site supervision techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
