Position: Site Supervisor – Civil Projects

Location: Nooriabad

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction/site supervision.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor – Civil Projects to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our client's project site. The selected candidate will ensure smooth site operations, adherence to quality standards, and timely execution of civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily on-site civil construction activities.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.

- Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization.

- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.

- Report daily progress, issues, and delays to the project management team.

- Assist in material planning, checking, and inventory management at site.

- Ensure proper use of construction materials to minimize wastage.

- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with engineers.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution.

- Basic knowledge of QA/QC and HSE practices.

- Ability to manage labor and coordinate with multiple teams.

- Good communication and reporting skills.
