Site Supervisor Cum Draftsman (Civil)

Job Description:

Miran Builders is hiring a Site Supervisor cum Draftsman (patrol pump site) to handle on-site supervision along with preparation and coordination of construction drawings. The ideal candidate should be practical, detail-oriented, and experienced in both site execution and drafting work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at site
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Prepare and modify architectural / structural drawings
• Coordinate between site team, engineers, and management
• Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timelines

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Drafting
• 2–5 years experience in construction projects
• Strong site supervision and labour handling skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
• Good understanding of construction materials and methods
• Honest, punctual, and quality-focused
