Job Description:

Global Prefab General Contracting LLC is looking for a reliable and experienced Driver Cum Site Supervisor to support daily site operations. The candidate will be responsible for transportation of materials and staff, along with supervising basic site activities to ensure smooth workflow and safety.

Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

• Safely transport materials, equipment, and staff to and from project sites.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
• Follow all traffic rules and company safety regulations.
• Maintain trip logs, fuel usage records, and vehicle maintenance reports.

Site Supervision Duties:

• Monitor daily site work and report progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing materials on site.
• Maintain attendance records and basic site documentation.
• Ensure implementation of site safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license (Light/Heavy).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in driving and site supervision (construction field preferred).
• Basic knowledge of construction site activities and safety practices.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is a plus).
• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
