About the Role

eGarden Landscape & Architecture Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (DAE Civil) to oversee on-site execution of landscape and civil works. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising construction and landscaping projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for civil and landscape works.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Manage labor teams, vendors, and material handling on-site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Maintain project timelines and report daily site progress.
• Ensure health, safety, and discipline on site.

Requirements

• DAE Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2–3 years of site supervision experience in construction or landscaping projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, levels, and layouts.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver within deadlines.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and construction techniques.
