Site Supervisor – Fit Out / Renovation / Interior Design (DM Approved)

Location: Dubai
Positions: 3 Vacancies
Salary: AED 7,000 – 12,000 (Based on experience) + other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
License: UAE Driving License is a plus
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in fit out, renovation, construction, or interior design projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, flooring, and related interior works.
• Ability to read drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure quality standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to project timelines and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, materials, and manpower to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers for on-site requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and design specifications.
• Report project updates to management regularly and address any site-related issues promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
