Position: Site Supervisor – Interior & Exterior Finishing Works

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise all interior and exterior finishing activities at project sites. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in fit-out and finishing works to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all interior and exterior finishing works at site.
• Oversee activities including plastering, painting, tiling, marble and granite installation, gypsum and false ceiling, joinery, aluminum and glass works, facade works, cladding, waterproofing, and external finishing works.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and material samples.
• Monitor daily site progress and report to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and track snag lists and ensure timely rectification before project handover.
• Control material usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain proper housekeeping at site.
• Resolve site related technical issues in coordination with the project team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Relevant Field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in interior and exterior finishing supervision.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and interior drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of site safety practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, residential, or fit-out projects.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
