Construction Supervisor

We are currently seeking a capable and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our ongoing projects in Bahria Town and other locations throughout Karachi. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can contribute effectively to our construction endeavors

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all aspects of the construction project according to architectural, electrical, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Ensure that work is being carried out as per the specified drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate procurement of materials ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures on labor and materials.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Proficient in interpreting architectural, electrical, and structural drawings.
• Ability to ensure work is aligned with specified drawings and quality standards.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and market sourcing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Honest, diligent, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
