Site Supervisor – Interiors & Construction

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee our interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on site execution experience, and the ability to manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and timelines efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior and construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage labor, materials, and site resources effectively.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
• Maintain safety and compliance at the site.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor (interiors & construction).
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, civil works, and finishing.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
