Site Supervisor – (Joinery & Interior Design)

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with 10–12 years of hands-on experience in supervising joinery and interior designing works at site.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage a team of carpenters, helpers, technicians, and subcontractors at the site.

· Allocate and monitor daily work tasks based on project schedule, scope, and client specifications.

· Read and interpret blueprints, joinery drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents to guide execution.

· Ensure proper installation of doors, wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, wall cladding, and other joinery elements.

· Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Clients for site instructions and progress updates.

· Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular inspections during and after installation.

· Identify and resolve on-site issues related to material, manpower, or coordination without delays.

· Ensure site activities are carried out in compliance with HSE standards and authority regulations (e.g., DCD, DDA, Dubai Municipality).

· Monitor material availability, stock usage, and coordinate with store or procurement teams.

· Maintain accurate records of daily progress, workforce attendance, and snag lists.

· Support handover activities, including mock-up approvals, punch list clearance, and final inspections.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· 10–12 years of proven experience in joinery and interior designing site execution, especially in high-end residential or commercial projects.

· Strong understanding of woodwork installation techniques, joinery materials, finishes, and hardware.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction layouts accurately.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with workers, engineers, and clients.

· Ability to manage multiple teams and tight project timelines.

· Knowledge of health & safety practices and site safety compliance.

· UAE driving license, will be an added advantage.

Education:

· Diploma or ITI in Civil or equivalent technical qualification.
