Site Supervisor – Luxury Interior Fit-Out

Maison de Nova Interiors is a luxury interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and seamless project execution.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of our interior fit-out projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities for interior fit-out and joinery projects
• Coordinate between the design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee site progress, quality control, and compliance with drawings and specifications
• Monitor material deliveries, manpower, and subcontractor performance
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, schedules, and progress updates
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company standards
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or Site Engineer in interior fit-out and joinery projects
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, finishes, and site coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain quality under tight deadlines
• UAE driving license preferred
