About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, hard-core site professional with a civil engineering background to oversee and drive retail fitout projects from start to finish. This role demands strong technical expertise, site management skills, and the ability to ensure timely, high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for retail fitout projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and provide practical solutions to maintain project schedules.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update management on project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Mandatory experience in retail fitout projects (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage site teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory); English communication is an advantage.
