Resin Stone is a UAE-based specialty surfacing company focused on premium resin-bound surface systems and advanced decorative paving applications. We deliver high-quality permeable surfacing solutions for residential, commercial, landscape, hospitality, and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

We are looking for a highly responsible, site-oriented professional capable of independently managing complete installation operations on-site while coordinating directly with the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.

Position Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising all on-site activities related to Resin Stone surface system applications.

This role requires someone capable of independently handling site operations from initial survey and preparation through installation, labour coordination, quality control, HSE compliance, documentation, and project execution.

The ideal candidate must be capable of managing full site operations without requiring constant supervision from management.

Frequent travel across Abu Dhabi and the UAE will be required.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Installation Management

• Supervise complete resin-bound surface installation activities
• Manage and coordinate all labour teams on-site including:
• Mixer operators
• Applicators
• Trowellers
• Helpers
• Ensure installation quality meets company standards and specifications
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and finishing quality
• Ensure proper installation methodology is followed for every project
• Coordinate daily execution activities with the Assistant Project Manager
• Handle site preparation, sequencing, and workflow management
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment
• Monitor levels, edging, trims, curing, finishing, and overall system quality

Site Surveys & Technical Coordination

• Conduct site inspections and site surveys
• Take accurate site measurements and prepare survey reports
• Assess site conditions and identify project requirements
• Assist in preparing installation methodologies and execution procedures
• Coordinate technical site requirements with project management
• Prepare and organize site-related documentation
• Assist in manpower planning, material planning, and equipment coordination

HSE, Risk Assessment & Toolbox Talks

• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning before site activities
• Implement and monitor site HSE requirements
• Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBTs) before commencement of works
• Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance by labour teams
• Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately
• Ensure safe handling of materials, machinery, and installation equipment

Logistics, Documentation & Stock Control

• Coordinate deliveries and material receiving
• Handle delivery notes and site documentation
• Track stock levels, consumables, and equipment usage
• Maintain daily site reports and operational records
• Coordinate labour attendance and manpower allocation
• Ensure all required site documentation is updated and properly maintained

Operational & Client Support

• Travel to project sites and client locations as required
• Support project operations and urgent site requirements
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions
• Assist management in resolving site-related operational issues

RequirementsMandatory Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Previous experience in:
• Resin-bound surface systems
• Decorative paving
• Specialist surfacing applications
• Construction site supervision
• Ability to independently manage project sites
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Basic AI tools knowledge (ChatGPT, AI reporting/documentation tools, etc.)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to professionally manage labour teams
• Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE

This position is strictly for candidates with relevant experience in specialist surface applications, decorative paving systems, or resin-bound surfacing works.

Candidates without relevant site supervision experience may not be considered.
