We Are Hiring: Mechanical Site Supervisor – Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and monitor all mechanical site activities related to fit-out projects.

· Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades.

· Ensure mechanical works are executed in accordance with the approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

· Monitor installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.

· Follow up on material delivery, inspections, and site requirements.

· Ensure compliance with HSE standards, authority regulations, and quality procedures.

· Assist in authority inspections and approvals related to mechanical works.

· Report site progress, manpower status, and work activities to the Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer.

· Identify and resolve site coordination and technical issues effectively.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of UAE fit-out experience in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.

· Ability to read and understand mechanical shop drawings and coordination drawings.

· Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval procedures.

· Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
