Site Supervisor Cum Driver – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor Cum Driver to support our interior fit-out and maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi.

The selected candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and also handle company driving duties such as staff transportation, material collection and document delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site manpower and subcontractor activities.
• Allocate workers and monitor work progress.
• Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate materials, tools and site requirements.
• Maintain site safety, housekeeping and material protection.
• Report completed quantities, delays and site issues to the Project Manager.
• Transport staff between office, accommodation and project sites.
• Collect and deliver materials, documents and small tools.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean and good working condition.
• Maintain daily vehicle movement and kilometre records.
• Follow UAE traffic regulations and company instructions.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in fit-out, construction or maintenance supervision preferred.
• Practical knowledge of gypsum, ceiling, painting, flooring, civil and joinery works.
• Ability to understand basic drawings and site measurements.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and industrial areas.
• Responsible, punctual and able to manage workers.
• Basic English communication and reporting skills.
• Flexible with working hours and site locations.
• Immediate availability preferred.
