Job Description:
White Horse Technologies is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage solar PV installation sites. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring work quality, following safety standards, coordinating with engineers and suppliers, and reporting progress.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise solar installation teams on site.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings and safety rules.
• Monitor daily progress and report to management.
• Coordinate materials and site logistics.
• Ensure all required material is arranged on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy (DAE holders with experience may apply).
• 2–5 years’ experience in solar PV projects (supervisory experience preferred).
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Willingness to travel for site work.

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 65,000/month + allowances (based on experience).
