Job Title: Site Supervisor – Swimming Pool & Landscape

Location: Dubai, UAE
Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 Years (in Swimming Pool and Landscape Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor with a background in Civil Engineering and proven experience in swimming pool and landscape projects. The candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate between project teams to complete work on schedule and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site activities related to swimming pool and landscape construction.
• Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment utilization to ensure project efficiency.
• Maintain daily site progress reports, inspection logs, and work completion records.
• Ensure proper execution of civil, irrigation, and finishing works.
• Inspect and verify levels, alignment, and measurements before execution.
• Report progress and challenges to the Project Engineer or Project Manager regularly.
• Maintain compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in swimming pool and landscape construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• UAE Driving License (preferred).

Salary: 5,000 -7000 per month, depending on experience
