Job Title: Site Supervisor – Fitout Projects

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and manage workforce including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and helpers.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings, material submittals, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress of work and ensure completion as per project schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage at site.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, manpower deployment records, and material tracking.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and site safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
• Identify site issues and propose solutions to avoid delays or rework.
• Ensure housekeeping and site cleanliness at all times.
• Assist in project handover and snag clearance activities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works: gypsum, carpentry, joinery, painting, ceiling, flooring, MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and manpower handling skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of site safety practices (HSE).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Civil, Interior, or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Experience in commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and office fit-out projects preferred.

Preferred Requirements:

• UAE Driving License (advantage).
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and site procedures.
