We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Team Leader (Fit-Out) to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate site activities while ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld. The Site Team Leader will play a pivotal role in leading a skilled team, minimizing project disruptions, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site fit-out team to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and on schedule.
• Coordinate site operations, including supervising subcontractors, managing labor resources, and scheduling work sequences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.
• Prepare and manage daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation of onsite activities and issues.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in fit-out projects within the construction industry, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
• Relevant construction certification or degree in a related field.
