What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable hands-on caregiving experience
• Caregivers with proven clinical skills and experience managing higher-acuity clients
• Hands-on experience with transfers, complex personal care, and specialized medical needs
• Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support (with help from family members)
• Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for helping others
• CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience preferred

Experience with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, pivot transfers, and other mobility techniques is essential. Candidates must be confident and comfortable performing heavy lifting safely and effectively.
