Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Skilled Laborer and Rehabber dedicated to property maintenance and renovation projects. In this role, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for restoring, repairing, and maintaining residential properties to the highest standards. Duties

• Perform a wide range of repair and rehab tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct residential painting projects with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Maintain facilities by executing preventative maintenance routines and responding promptly to urgent repair needs.
• Supervise or assist with subcontractors or team members during complex projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and residential rehab projects.
• Experience with troubleshooting structural or cosmetic repairs.
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or property owners.
• Supervising experience in managing teams or subcontractors during property rehab projects.
• Basic proficiency in English for clear communication among team members and clients.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes that can be applied to property repair tasks.
• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Minimum of three years experience a must.

Must have 3 - 5 work related job references.

Must have reliable transportation.

Full time position

Hourly pay based on experience.
