Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Skin Care Sales Promoter to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our skincare products, educating customers on their benefits, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell skincare products to customers at retail outlets, pharmacies, or promotional events.
Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about product benefits and usage.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Maintain product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness at the counter.
Stay updated on skincare trends, competitor products, and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
Previous experience in sales, retail, or skincare/beauty industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Well-groomed, confident, and passionate about skincare and beauty.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
Must Speak Tagalog.
