Job description summary:

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is dedicated to advancing its portfolio of small molecules and advanced galenic formulations to address unmet medical needs. This growth involves innovative formulation strategies, cutting-edge drug delivery systems, and high-value therapeutic solutions. The job position outlined below focuses on business insights, project coordination, and market-driven decision-making. The candidate will gain exposure to both scientific and business aspects of pharmaceutical innovation.



Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new products or formulations.
  • Support portfolio evaluations by gathering and analyzing scientific and market data and preparing reports.
  • Help manage projects across R&D, production, regulatory, and business teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Organize and document meetings with internal and external partners, ensuring action items are clearly assigned and followed up.
  • Review scientific literature to provide background research for feasibility studies and innovative formulation ideas.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to ensure alignment of scientific and business goals.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional discussions to align on objectives.
  • Stay informed about pharmaceutical market trends and advancements in formulation technologies.



Qualification and skills:

  • BSc or MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Formulation Science, or a related field from an international university.
  • Candidates with minor or additional coursework in business administration or project management are preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field. Internships or co-op experience in R&D, business strategy, or project management are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical development and market trends.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong interest in learning and contributing to cross-functional projects.
