Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum 3 Years.
Responsibilities:

Supervise the implementation of smart city strategies to enhance efficiency and the quality of urban services in industrial cities and geospatial systems.

Establish and oversee initiatives to efficiently and accurately implement technological infrastructure projects.

Analyze big data to extract strategic insights and make well-informed decisions.

Strengthen collaboration with government entities and private companies to enhance the integration of smart solutions and provide strategic guidance for adopting modern technologies and upgrading urban systems.

Lead and guide the team toward achieving project objectives while maintaining the highest quality standards and monitor daily operations and maintenance activities across all related projects.

Prepare periodic smart city project reports and improve operational processes.

Prepare and regularly update industrial and digital city maps using geographic data from field sources and advanced analytical technologies such as aerial imagery and remote sensing data, ensuring spatial accuracy and enhancing departments’ urban planning capabilities.

Provide technical supervision for integrating spatial databases with digital smart platforms, ensuring data compliance with operational requirements and improving integration with other enterprise systems such as facility or asset management systems.

Develop 3D models of facilities and industrial buildings using geospatial modeling tools to support operational capacity studies and improve the organization’s responsiveness to increasing service demands.

Document technical and engineering standards used in geospatial data processing and analysis within updatable technical operation manuals to ensure process quality control and facilitate future reviews.

Conduct advanced spatial analyses, including density analysis, service gap identification, and urban expansion pattern studies, to support planning and management teams in prioritizing development initiatives.

Coordinate with field teams and contractors in performing data collection tasks, ensuring data accuracy through quality reviews and linking datasets to ground control points or cadastral databases.

Provide daily technical support to departments in using GIS systems and resolving operational challenges by delivering real-time maps and reports that enhance responsiveness to daily issues.

Improve spatial analysis algorithms by integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, such as automated image classification or spatial prediction, to increase output accuracy and reduce reliance on manual processes.
