About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven GSM Sales Executive to join our SME Sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new SME customers, promoting our GSM solutions, and building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential SME clients to promote GSM/FIXED products and services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities
- Report daily/weekly activities and sales forecasts to the Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in GSM sales or B2B sales, preferably in the telecom or tech sector
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with a customer-focused attitude
