Overview
The SMEs Relationship Manager will take charge of overseeing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. Your role will involve ensuring that all their financial requirements, such as deposits, transactions, trade finance, and borrowing, are adequately addressed, while fostering robust, long-lasting relationships that aid in the company’s growth and success.
What You´ll Do

Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them effectively.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Identify key decision-makers within client organizations to strengthen relationships.

Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with the relevant teams.

Ensure high-quality customer service, sales processes, and client engagement standards.

Actively approach and acquire potential clients to grow the portfolio.

Maintain strong knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
What Makes You a Good Fit

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

1 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in SME or business banking.

Proven experience in planning and implementing sales or relationship strategies.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
