Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic SMO Executive to manage and optimize our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. The primary goal is to drive organic traffic to our e-commerce stores, increase brand awareness, and create high-authority "Social Signals" that support our overall SEO strategy. You will be responsible for turning our premium jackets into trending topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Optimization: Fully optimize social media profiles (Bio, Links, Highlights) for our brands.
- Content Scheduling & Distribution: Manage a daily posting calendar, ensuring high-quality images and videos of products are shared at peak engagement times.
- Engagement & Community Building: Actively engage with followers, reply to comments, and participate in niche-relevant groups (e.g., Cosplay communities, Biker groups) to drive organic interest.
- Viral Trend Integration: Monitor trending audios, hashtags, and challenges (specifically on TikTok and Reels) and adapt our jacket collections to fit these trends.
- Pinterest SEO: Create and optimize "Shoppable Pins" with keyword-rich descriptions and Alt-text to drive long-term referral traffic.
- Social Catalog Management: Sync and manage the Facebook and Instagram Shop catalogs to ensure seamless "Click-to-Buy" journeys.
- Social Signaling for SEO: Strategically share blog posts and new product launches to generate social shares, which help Google recognize our brand's authority.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience managing social media for an E-commerce/Apparel brand.
- Visual Aesthetics: A strong eye for photography and basic video editing skills (CapCut/Canva) to create engaging Reels and TikToks.
- Platform Expertise: Expert knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook algorithms.
- Strategic Tagging: Knowledge of "Social SEO"—using keywords in captions and hashtags so posts appear in social search results.
- Communication: Excellent English writing skills for crafting bold, "Rock and Roll" energy captions that resonate with customers in the USA, UK, and Australia.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to track social traffic using GA4 and platform-specific insights to see what content actually drives sales.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Referral Traffic: The volume of organic traffic hitting the website from social platforms.
- Engagement Rate: Likes, shares, and comments relative to the follower count.
- Community Growth: Monthly increase in relevant, organic followers.
- Content Reach: Number of unique users seeing our products via trending hashtags and Explore pages.
