Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US working hours)

We are looking for a talented SMS Marketing Expert to join our growing team. If you have a knack for crafting engaging SMS campaigns, driving customer engagement, and optimizing performance, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute SMS marketing campaigns for US clients
• Segment and target audiences for maximum impact
• Write clear, compelling, and conversion-driven SMS content
• Track, analyze, and optimise campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
• Stay updated with compliance, carrier rules & US market trends
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams for integrated campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in SMS/Performance Marketing (US experience preferred)
• Proficiency with SMS marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Twilio, Klaviyo, Podium, SlickText)
• Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret performance data
• Excellent English writing & communication skills

Preferred:
Experience with CRM integrations
Knowledge of US TCPA & carrier compliance rules
Multi-channel campaign management (SMS + Email + WhatsApp)
