Job Title: SMT Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SMT Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at Port Qasim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines to ensure smooth production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SMT machines (Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, Screen Printer).
• Set up machines according to production requirements.
• Load and verify correct components as per BOM.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect PCB assemblies for quality and defects.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / DAE (Electronics preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience as SMT Operator in electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SMT processes, PCB handling, and ESD safety.
• Ability to read basic production drawings and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Yamaha / Fuji / Juki SMT machines.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge.
• Team player with good communication skills.
