SMT Product Engineer

We are seeking a skilled SMT Product Engineer to join our production team. In this role, you will oversee Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, ensure high-quality PCB assembly, and drive process improvements in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SMT machines to ensure efficient PCB assembly.
• Develop and optimize SMT production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SMT and SMD assembly.
• Oversee solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow soldering operations.
• Work with advanced manufacturing technologies, including selective soldering and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, and production teams to enhance product design and manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and production guidelines.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SMT and SMD processes within electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, assembly techniques, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with modern inspection systems, soldering techniques, and production workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
