We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and creative Social and Events Manager to drive Brimar’s brand presence both online and in person. This role is responsible for building and managing our social media strategy and leading the planning, execution, and measurement of events that strengthen our market position and customer engagement.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to create compelling social campaigns and execute high-impact events—from trade shows and distributor gatherings to community outreach programs. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling skills with a passion for live experiences and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, followers, and lead generation.

Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and thought-leadership pieces, designed for both social media and to improve SEO visibility and position Brimar as an industry authority.

Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries based on company and community policies.

Track key metrics to optimize performance and reach; provide weekly and monthly reporting based on relevant KPI’s

Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and scale content creation without sacrificing quality.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source content, including product highlights, customer success stories, and industry trends.
Event Planning & Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute Brimar’s presence at trade shows, industry conferences, and distributor or partner events.

Lead all event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, booth design, collateral, and pre/post-event communications.

Develop event marketing campaigns—digital and offline—to maximize attendance and engagement.

Collect and analyze event performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure social and event activities align with GTM objectives and revenue goals.

Support broader marketing campaigns by integrating social and event initiatives into larger demand-generation efforts.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for both social media and events, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and event best practices to keep Brimar’s marketing fresh and effective.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.

3–5 years of experience in social media management, event marketing, or related marketing roles.

Proven success in creating and executing social media strategies that drive measurable engagement, growth, and site traffic.

Experience planning and managing trade shows, corporate events, or large-scale marketing activations.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.

Proficiency in using AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., for content generation, automation, or workflow optimization) to simplify processes and scale output.

Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and basic design/editing platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Background in B2B marketing, industrial products, or safety-related industries preferred.

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot preferred.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative agencies.
