- Define and maintain the visual language of the brand s social platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand identity.
- Develop social-first creative concepts, campaigns, and content strategies.
- Translate brand guidelines into bold, innovative visual executions tailored for each social platform s audience and format.
- Direct the aesthetic of photography, video, motion graphics, typography, and design elements across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and innovations, adapting the brand s creative to maximize impact.
- Partner with Brand and Social teams to align visual storytelling with business goals.
- Translate social insights and cultural trends into creative opportunities that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ensure all content feels authentic, relevant, and aspirational for the beauty community.
- Experiment with new creative formats, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge presence.
- 4+ years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio of social-first and campaign work (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
- Exceptional design sensibility with proven expertise in photography, video, and digital-first creative.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, cultural trends, and the digital content landscape.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- A strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling tailored to social media
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment while meeting deadlines
- Creative, collaborative, and comfortable in front of/behind the camera when needed
