POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Social Content Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across our residential homebuilding and development brands. This hybrid role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who blends creativity with strong organizational and project management skills.
The Social Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing and creating engaging social media content across multiple brands and platforms. This role requires a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to manage various social media accounts and platforms effectively. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess strong communication and organization skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1-2+ yrs. experience in social media management or content creation with a marketing or
advertising agency or relevant client-side position
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or related field
Strong social media management experience utilizing Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or other social management platforms
Proficient understanding and practice in mobile and digital photography basics
Experience managing social content coordinators across a variety of brands and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, paid media, email marketing)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in residential real estate, homebuilding, or related industries
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.) or relevant creative content application experience is a plus.
Video editing experience utilizing platforms such as Adobe Premiere, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, or other related editing software
Experience managing and working with marketing agencies or creative vendors
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Comfortable reading basic performance metrics and analytics
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality social media content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategies.
Account Management: Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Engagement: Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster community interaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and execute content ideas that support our marketing campaigns.
Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to inform content strategy and optimize engagement.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
