Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Content Strategist to join our Global Content + Social Media team. This person will bring bold, culturally relevant ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, helping shape Bose’s brand presence and storytelling in 2025 and beyond.

As a creative thinker with a strong grasp of social-first content, you’ll translate brand goals into campaigns that resonate on socials. You’ll collaborate with our Partnerships, Media, and other cross-functional teams to develop original concepts for social, lead content production on set with brand ambassadors, and craft reactive, culturally-relevant content that sparks conversation and brand love.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Social Content Strategy: Develop TikTok-first content strategies and activation plans that set the standard for platform-native storytelling.
  • Drive Content Development: Concept, script, and oversee short-form video content — from creator collabs to brand campaigns — ensuring ideas are authentic and drive views and deep engagement. Manage creative agencies, designers, producers, and videographers for relevant content.
  • Collaborate Across Partnerships: Activate campaigns with athletes, artists, and creators, working closely with the Partnerships team to amplify cultural moments.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor emerging platforms, cultural shifts, and audience behaviors to inform real-time creative opportunities.
  • Optimize for Impact: Track performance, share insights, and refine content strategies to drive engagement, community growth, and cultural relevance.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in social content strategy, content production, or digital marketing (agency or brand-side).
  • Strong creative concepting and storytelling skills, with an eye for what makes content authentic and shareable. Proven success developing TikTok-first campaigns that connect with audiences and drive measurable impact.
  • Experience with social copywriting for multiple brands.
  • Experience with phone content capture and editing for TikTok; CapCut skills preferred.
  • Experience on set with premium talent; experience with music artists a plus.
  • Deep understanding of creator culture, short-form storytelling, and evolving 2025 social trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for music, sports, entertainment, and culture.
  • Willingness to travel for shoots and event coverage; up to 30% during high periods.

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in New York City to be between $110,000.00 AND $140,000.00. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to receive a bonus, which is not guaranteed and may be based on individual and company performance.
