Social Media Account & Digital Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Key Account & Digital Manager to manage client relationships, run website and social media audits, and oversee our digital asset library. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and client success.

What You'll Do

⁠ ⁠Manage key client accounts and serve as their main point of contact.

⁠ ⁠Conduct website audits (SEO, UX, performance) and provide actionable recommendations.

⁠ ⁠Perform social media audits and benchmark client performance across platforms.

⁠ ⁠Organize and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring brand consistency.

⁠ ⁠Prepare reports and present findings to clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

⁠ ⁠0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.

⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of SEO, web analytics, and social media platforms.

⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

⁠ ⁠Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

⁠ ⁠Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, or social media dashboards is a plus.
