The Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Account Executive to join the team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience in social media management on the agency side, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work with well-known brands across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts.
• Support Account Managers/Directors in the execution of social media strategies.
• Coordinate content calendars, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Liaise with creative teams to brief and deliver engaging content.
• Monitor social media platforms, track performance, and provide insights.
• Prepare reports highlighting campaign results, trends, and recommendations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates and proactive communication.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a social media role, ideally within an agency.
• Solid understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Experience managing content calendars and supporting campaign rollouts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to working on multiple accounts.
• Fluent in Arabic
