The candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi and possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with proven experience leading social and digital initiatives for B2C accounts. Working in a hybrid setup, the Social Media Account Executive is expected to attend to client requirements with the highest quality and professionalism.


Responsibilities:


  • Serves in a supporting role to the Account Manager (AM) or Account Director to ensure client needs are met, and projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Periodically meets and liaises with our clients, often in support of the AM or AD, to discuss and identify their requirements
  • Works closely with the Account, Commercial & Strategy/Media teams to devise campaigns/projects that meet the client's brief and budget
  • Assists in presenting work to clients for approval or modification
  • Assists in pitches to new & existing clients to secure new business & to grow existing business
  • Briefs the Creative Team (designers, copywriters, etc.) to produce work that represents the client according to brand guidelines
  • Supports in writing client reports (WIP, Status, Contact)
  • Monitors the effectiveness of campaigns and works closely with the strategy & reporting team to provide end-of-campaign reports
  • Works closely with OCM staff to ensure clients' needs are met & that consistent key messaging is communicated on behalf of the Client
  • Collaborates on initiatives that will maximize our clients' ROI and mutually grow our businesses
  • Recommends solutions and changes for improving service levels


Experience, Education and Skills:


  • 2-3 years of relevant account management/oversight experience in a marketing / digital agency or consultancy
  • A Bachelor’s degree (Major in Marketing/Communication preferred)
  • Familiarity with Slack, Monday.com, and Google Suite
  • Time management, communication, and organization are your biggest strengths
  • A strong team ethic is essential
  • Planning, tracking, and managing client financials is never a daunting task
  • English Fluency is essential & Arabic proficiency is a plus
