Social Media Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community to foster positive relationships.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics, and prepare reports to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social; familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per month
