Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community to foster positive relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics, and prepare reports to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social; familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
