Receptionist with Social Media & Marketing Skills

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist who also brings creativity and experience in social media and marketing. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage phone calls, schedule meetings and appointments, assist with administrative tasks, and support HR-related activities. This role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take messages when necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments; manage calendars
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail; handle outgoing correspondence
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and documents
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Contribute to social media content creation and basic marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
  • Strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures
  • Familiarity with calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook)
  • Graphic design or marketing tools experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
