Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Job Purpose:
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online presence across all social media platforms. This role is key in promoting real estate listings, showcasing the company’s brand, engaging with clients and prospects, and supporting lead generation through digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar tailored to real estate audiences, including property listings, virtual tours, client testimonials, team highlights, and market insights.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube ...
- Collaborate closely with agents and property consultants to gather media (photos, videos, reels) for new listings and behind-the-scenes content.
- Monitor social media inboxes, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate live property walkthroughs, open house coverage, and local event promotions.
- Support paid advertising campaigns for property promotions and branding objectives.
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay informed on social media and real estate marketing trends, platform updates, and local market developments.
- Work with designers, videographers, and photographers to produce high-quality digital content.
- Identify and engage with potential partners, influencers, or community pages to boost visibility.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s tone, branding, and real estate marketing standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management; experience in real estate is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of property listing dynamics, real estate terminology, and buyer/seller expectations.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, and social media management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Photography, videography, and basic video editing experience is an advantage.
