Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling and visually appealing content for various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Craft attention-grabbing captions, blog posts, and articles that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create multimedia content (images, videos, infographics).
- Someone who is not a camera-shy, nervous and uncomfortable about being filmed or about having their photograph taken.
- Social Media Management:
- Maintain an active presence on all relevant social platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, engaging with followers and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Voice and Consistency:
- Ensure brand consistency across all social channels.
- Develop and adhere to a cohesive brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Align content with our brand values, mission, and vision.
- Campaign Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns.
- Promote product launches, events, and special offers through creative content.
- Leverage trending topics and relevant hashtags to maximize reach.
- Community Building:
- Foster a sense of community among followers.
- Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and user participation.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
Provides IT Support 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media coordinator, content creator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
