Nextgen Charge is a fast-growing EV charger installation company looking for an experienced Social Media Ads & Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid advertising, website performance, and lead generation strategy.

This role is hands-on and results-driven. You will be responsible for creating, managing, optimising, and scaling paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as building and maintaining our Shopify website to maximise conversions.

Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising (Core Responsibility)

• Create, manage, and optimise Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Create, manage, and optimise TikTok ad campaigns
• Write compelling ad copy and oversee creative direction
• Monitor ad spend, CPL, ROAS, and performance metrics
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, and funnels
• Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ads
• Ensure ad compliance and policy adherence

Website & Funnel Management

• Build, manage, and optimise our website using Shopify
• Create high-converting landing pages for ads
• Improve website speed, layout, and conversion rate
• Integrate lead forms, tracking pixels, and analytics
• Ensure mobile optimisation and user-friendly design

Tracking, Reporting & Optimisation

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and analytics
• Track leads from ad to sale
• Provide clear weekly performance reports
• Recommend improvements based on data

Brand & Creative Oversight

• Ensure ads align with Nextgen Charge branding
• Work with management to plan promotions and campaigns
• Maintain consistency across ads and website messaging

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing Facebook & TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
• Experience building websites or landing pages using Shopify
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably
• Excellent written English for ad copy
• Self-motivated and organised

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience in EV, solar, home improvement, or construction industries
• Experience with CRM integrations
• Graphic/video ad creation experience
• Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
